Technical Support

Software purchases come with three (3) months of free technical support.  If you need special help, we can securely download your files over the internet or access your network through a remote connection and review specific questions related to your unique situation.  Technical Support is available from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.


Onsite Training

Our solution training helps to maximize your return on investment in our products.  We provide users with hands-on training in their own familiar environment.  Users gain critical experience with all aspects of managing and using their new software applications.


Online Internet Training

Internet web-based training allows your users to work one-on-one with our training personnel right from your own office.  Eliminate the hassle of anyone having to leave their office and more importantly, eliminate travel expenses.


Software Maintenance

After your initial 90 days of technical support have expired, an optional Software Maintenance Contract extends your telephone support and software updates for six months at a time.  This service is optional, but most clients find it a wise investment.  If you choose to sign up for the extended maintenance agreement, we will keep you updated with the latest software enhancements, tax tables, unlimited telephone assistance, remote Internet support and updates to the documentation. Semi-annual software maintenance includes the following benefits:


Unlimited Technical Support - Telephone/email support provides prompt answers to questions regarding the use of our products.  Technical support is provided Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time.

Software Updates - Periodically, product updates are provided to you for the software and documentation.  These updates will include enhancements to the programs that you purchased, including updates to accommodate certain IRS updates, such as tax tables, W-2s and 1099s.  These updates do not include new software applications that were not purchased under your original purchase agreement.
